Asymmetries and Irregularities

Bryn Athyn Cathedral
Huntingdon Valley, PA

The cathedral claims no right angles or straight lines...
I think my home was built in the same manner
just on a less grand scale.

  3. I seem to see lots of right angles and straight lines but I was never very good in geometry. But I know when I see something I like. Stunning!

  4. I'm with Kathy, maybe it seems to have them, but nothing would be square if one used a carpenter's square to check it. Any way, I like it!

  7. I presume HDR was used. Very fitting for an old house of worship... gives it a medieval look. Very nice!

  10. A wonderful moody winter scene. It reminds me of a Bruegel painting.
